This storage service location in Lakeland City offers various services like Tampa Warehousing, Transloading Tampa, Dry Warehousing, and Distributed Warehousing. The staff at Best Carriers Solutions claims to provide well-known carriers in the industry. Unfortunately, the customer reviews paint a different picture. Some clients reported encountering money-grabbing and unprofessional staff who overcharge for services and make promises they don't keep. Others described the customer service as the worst they've ever experienced. On the other hand, one satisfied client praised the staff as 100% professionals, suggesting that there might be some variation in the quality of service depending on the staff member. However, the overall reputation of the location seems to be marred by a few negative reviews.
A wheelchair-accessible parking lot is one of the location's features. Best Carrier Tampa Warehouse & Transload is a co-branded service. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 12pm. The staff's lack of reliability and promise of payment make it difficult to rely on this service.
