The location seems to be a reliable source for various types of worms and composting services. The employees, particularly Mike, are friendly and helpful, making customers feel comfortable and confident in their purchases. Mike's willingness to share his knowledge and expertise is also noteworthy, as he provided the customer with valuable information and assistance during the purchasing process. However, one issue was raised by a dissatisfied customer who described the staff as "extremely rude" and claimed they were trying to scam people out of money. This review seems to be an isolated incident, as other customers had very positive experiences with the staff and products. The variety of products available, including worms, manure, and rabbit and duck products, suggests that the location is a one-stop shop for gardening and farming needs. The LGBTQ+ friendly atmosphere and wheelchair accessible parking lot are also notable features.Overall, the location appears to be a trustworthy and knowledgeable source for gardening and farming supplies, with a focus on customer service and education.
