This location seems to have a mix of positive and negative experiences from customers. While some praise the helpful staff, good prices, and variety of products, others have issues with the store's organization, customer service, and product availability. One issue that stands out is the problem with orders not being fulfilled as promised, with customers being told that items would be available for in-store pickup only to find out that they are not in stock. There have also been complaints about staff not being knowledgeable about products, leading to frustration for customers. Despite these issues, the store has a loyal customer base and some employees have been praised for their helpfulness and knowledge. It would be beneficial for the store to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience.
