The dealership offers a wide variety of motorcycles, including new and pre-owned models. The sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly, with many reviewers praising their helpfulness and willingness to work with customers to find the right bike. The dealership's prices are competitive, with many reviewers commenting on the good deals they were able to get. However, some reviewers have experienced issues with the quality of the bikes they purchased, citing problems with the manufacturing process or the dealership's repair work. Additionally, some reviewers have had difficulty getting their bikes serviced or repaired in a timely manner. Overall, the dealership has a good reputation for innovation, with many reviewers praising their use of new technologies and their willingness to try new things.Despite the issues mentioned above, the dealership has a lot of positive reviews, with many reviewers praising the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, the wide selection of bikes and accessories, and the convenient location. The dealership also has a great loyalty program, with many reviewers commenting on the rewards and incentives they received for repeat business. One issue that stands out is the problem with the quality of the bikes. Several reviewers have complained about receiving a bike with issues that were not apparent when they purchased it. In some cases, the issues were minor, but in other cases, they were significant and affected the performance of the bike. This has led to a lot of frustration and disappointment for some customers. It's worth noting that the dealership has a good response system in place, with many reviewers praising the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff. However, it seems that the dealership could improve in terms of following up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchases and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.Overall, the dealership is a great place to visit, with a lot of positive reviews and a wide selection of bikes and accessories. However, customers should be aware of the potential issues with quality and the importance of carefully inspecting their bikes before purchasing.
