This location is a reputable real estate agency that offers a wide range of services, including property management, condominium rental, and apartment rental. The agency's network of experienced agents provides in-depth market knowledge and insights to help clients achieve their goals. The agency's working hours are convenient, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, it's worth noting that the agency is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The agency has a strong online presence, with a professional website and a high rating on third-party review platforms. Clients have consistently praised the agency's responsive and professional service, with many highlighting the exceptional skills and knowledge of agents like Janet Linaburg and Charryl Youman. While the agency has received overwhelmingly positive reviews, there is one area of improvement. Some clients have reported issues with mold and poor property condition, which was allegedly ignored by the selling agent, Joe Dixon. This highlights the importance of careful property inspection and reporting before purchasing.Overall, this location is a reliable choice for those seeking real estate services in the area. With a strong reputation and excellent service, clients can expect a smooth and successful experience.
