Benderson Development Company is located in University Park City and has a strong presence in the construction and real estate development industry. The company's facilities are described as high-quality, and the management team is considered great. On the other hand, there are concerns about poor communication and management quality, as well as a lack of consideration for the needs of clients and the community. The company has been criticized for its commercial developments, which have been described as mistakes and disasters. There have also been complaints about the company's treatment of clients, including being hung up on by a representative and not receiving responses to inquiries. In contrast, some clients have praised the company's staff, saying they are nice and clean. The company's property management has also been commended for its events and Christmas parades. However, the biggest issue for the company is its handling of development projects, which has led to a loss of trust among the community.
