The reviewed location is an RV park with a mix of positive and negative reviews. It is situated in Belleview Hills, FL, and offers various activities and places to visit year-round. However, the management has received several complaints about being rude, unprofessional, and lacking motivation. Some reviewers have mentioned issues with maintenance, cleanliness, and noise levels. The park's amenities, such as a pool, clubhouse, and laundry facilities, are lacking, which is reflected in the relatively high lot rent increase. On the other hand, some reviewers have praised the new owners for making improvements to the park. The location is close to shopping and quiet, but the overall experience depends on the individual's preferences and expectations. The RV park has a history of changes in ownership and management, which may impact the consistency of the services provided. It is essential to research and visit the park before making a decision.
