The community is private and secure, with a gated entrance and 24-hour security.However, it's worth noting that some areas of the complex, such as the clubhouse and other amenities, are a bit outdated. But overall, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the community has a strong sense of belonging.One thing to keep in mind is that the complex has been impacted by hurricanes in the past, and some residents have reported that the management team doesn't do enough to maintain the property.
