This spa and wellness center in Lakeland City offers exceptional services in a beautiful and relaxing environment. The staff, led by Carmen, is highly professional and knowledgeable, providing personalized attention to each client's needs. The spa's commitment to using high-quality products and staying up-to-date with the latest skincare techniques is evident in the rave reviews from clients. Carmen's exceptional customer service skills and ability to make clients feel at ease are notable strengths of the spa. The spa's clean and inviting atmosphere creates a sense of calm and tranquility, perfect for those seeking a peaceful escape from the stresses of daily life. However, one notable issue is that some clients mention that Carmen can sometimes be too focused on pushing certain products or treatments, which can come across as somewhat aggressive or sales-y. Overall, however, the spa's strengths far outweigh this minor quibble, and it is a truly exceptional destination for those seeking top-notch skincare services.
