This location is a family business that has been around for a while, which can be a plus for customers looking for personal service. However, the quality of the work can be inconsistent, with some customers receiving subpar service. On the other hand, the prices are very competitive, making it an attractive option for those on a budget. The business has a strong online presence, but it's not clear how innovative they are in terms of their services or products. One notable issue is the lack of follow-up and communication from the owner, which has led to some customers feeling neglected. The business has received praise for their friendly and helpful staff, with some customers raving about their excellent service and high-quality plants. However, there have also been complaints about the quality of the work and the inability of the owner to respond to customer concerns. The business has a relatively small operation, which may limit their ability to take on larger projects.Despite some issues, the business has a strong reputation in the community, with many customers willing to give them a second chance despite past disappointments. Overall, this location is a decent option for customers looking for a low-cost solution, but it's essential to be aware of the potential risks and inconsistencies.
