Hendricks Apartments is a property management company with a location on Belcher Road in Pinellas Park, Florida. The office staff is friendly and responsive, with some reviewers praising their helpfulness and speed in addressing maintenance issues. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintained, with some reviewers appreciating the quiet and peaceful environment. However, some reviewers have raised concerns about the presence of German cockroaches, which management has acknowledged but not effectively addressed. The laundry facilities have also been criticized for being unreliable and expensive. Overall, Hendricks Apartments seems to be a decent option for those seeking a quiet and affordable place to live, but may not be the best choice for those sensitive to pests or who prioritize modern amenities.
