This mobile home park is a wonderful place to live, with very friendly people and a clean, well-managed environment. The park is affordable and has a nice pool. One of the great things about this park is the low monthly fees. However, there are some issues with favoritism among the board members and their personal friends and relatives. The park could benefit from a more even-handed approach to rules and regulations. Overall, it's a great place to live, but it could be even better.
