This business has excellent ratings and reviews, suggesting a high level of quality service and customer satisfaction. The owner, Richard Clayton, is highly regarded for his professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail. Clients praise his expertise in tree care, his willingness to provide honest and fair estimates, and his ability to deliver top-notch work on time. His prices are also considered reasonable by many customers. Some clients have mentioned that Richard is a "nice, polite, and trustworthy" person who is a pleasure to work with. Others have noted that he is a "true professional" who takes pride in his work and is committed to providing excellent service. Several clients have expressed their satisfaction with the way he shapes and trims their trees, and many have praised his ability to clean up after himself, leaving their properties looking great. One issue is the occasional mention of inconsistent working hours. Some clients have reported that the business is closed on certain days of the week or has limited hours, which may be inconvenient for some customers.Overall, this business appears to be a reliable and high-quality choice for tree care services.
