The review is based on the data available for the Bedrock Little Manatee location. It has a 4-star rating from third-party ratings, but the community is also known for its cleanliness and quiet environment, as mentioned in several reviews. However, some issues have been raised, such as poor management in the past, concerns about living conditions, and a strict 55+ rule that prohibits residents under 55 from living there. Some reviewers have mentioned that the location is a hidden gem with beautiful views of the river, and the community has made progress with new management, including new office facilities, rec centers, and docks. However, there are also concerns about the condition of some homes, with some reviewers mentioning that they appear to be damaged from hurricanes.Overall, the location seems to have its positives and negatives, with some reviewers praising the friendly staff, clean environment, and quiet atmosphere, while others have raised concerns about living conditions, management, and strict rules. One of the main issues that stands out is the concern about the condition of some homes, with some reviewers mentioning that they appear to be damaged from hurricanes. This suggests that the community may not be well-maintained, and that some homes may require repair or replacement.Despite these concerns, the location seems to have a good reputation, with many reviewers praising the friendly staff, clean environment, and quiet atmosphere. However, it's worth noting that some reviewers have mentioned that the community can be strict, with some reviewers being turned down for residency due to the 55+ rule.Overall, the review is mixed, with some reviewers praising the location and others raising concerns about living conditions, management, and strict rules.
