This business location has some nice features, such as being pet-friendly and having easy off-street parking. The newly renovated apartments seem to be a plus, but some visitors and residents have noted that the place could use better address signage. While the management team has been responsive to some issues, there have been complaints about maintenance and cleanliness. Some residents have appreciated the peaceful neighborhood and friendly staff, but others have been less than satisfied with their experience. The apartments themselves seem to be decent, but some have noted issues with thin walls and a lack of central A/C and heat. The rent is reasonably affordable, but some have been disappointed with the quality of the apartments for the price they pay. Overall, this location seems to be a mixed bag, with some nice features and amenities, but also some significant drawbacks.
