This property has a lot to offer. The location is ideal, right on the beach with easy access to restaurants, bars, and other amenities. The units are well-equipped and comfortable, with great views of the Gulf of Mexico. Many guests have praised the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. However, there is one issue that some guests have experienced: the lack of communication and responsiveness from the owner and staff. One guest reported difficulty in getting a unit with a balcony facing the ocean, despite requesting it, and another guest felt unappreciated for their efforts to clean up the property after a storm.Despite these issues, the property has a high overall rating and is a great choice for those looking for a beach vacation. The owner has responded to some of the negative reviews, addressing concerns and offering apologies, but it's unclear if they have made any changes to improve communication and responsiveness. It's worth noting that the property has a high quality score, indicating that the units are well-maintained and comfortable. However, the pricing score is missing, as there is not enough information available to determine the value of the property. The innovativeness score is also missing, as there is not enough information available to determine if the property offers anything unique or special.Overall, this property is a great choice for those looking for a beach vacation, but guests should be aware of the potential for communication issues with the owner and staff.
