This business location is a great place to enjoy various activities like car rentals, boat tours, and travel experiences. The staff, particularly Captain Jon, are knowledgeable, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure customers have an amazing time. The boats are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a safe and enjoyable experience. The company offers a wide range of services, including private charters, dolphin-watching tours, and sunset cruises. They are flexible and accommodating, catering to different needs and preferences. The staff is also very safety-conscious, providing a thorough safety briefing before each trip. One of the standout features of this business is its commitment to customer satisfaction. They take the time to understand each customer's needs and preferences, tailoring the experience to ensure everyone has a great time. They also respond promptly to customer feedback and concerns, showing a genuine interest in making things right. However, there is one area where the business falls short: the quality of the boats and equipment. While the staff is excellent, the quality of the boats and equipment is not always consistent. Some customers have reported issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of the boats, which can detract from the overall experience.Despite this issue, the business has an overall excellent reputation and is highly recommended by customers. With a few tweaks to the boat maintenance and equipment, this business could easily achieve a perfect score.
