This location seems to have a variety of services under one roof, including automotive repairs and detailing, as well as pet services. The business has a simple and straightforward address, with clear working hours during the weekdays. The phone number is readily available, and the co-branding with Beach Boy Automotive, Inc. suggests a level of professionalism. However, there are a few red flags. The owner, John, had a dispute with a client over the quality of his work, specifically regarding upholstery repairs. The client felt misled and was asked to pay in cash instead of credit card, which raises concerns about transparency and honesty. This issue seems to be a significant problem, as it led to a court case. It's worth noting that not all services offered at this location may be handled by qualified professionals, which could lead to further issues.
