This business has a wheelchair accessible parking lot, which is a plus for visitors with mobility issues. The kennel is part of the BD Kennels co-brand, suggesting a reputable and established name in the industry. The working hours are standard and convenient for most people, with Monday to Friday being 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday being the same, with a later start on Sunday. However, one major issue is the reported lack of communication and unresponsiveness to requests for refunds, which could be a significant turn-off for potential customers.
