This location seems to be a good place for those looking to build or buy a new home. The friendly and helpful staff, as well as the great communication, make the experience very pleasant. One of the highlights of this location is the great neighborhood, which is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, there have been some issues with water leaks in some of the new townhouses, including improperly sealed windows and a broken pipe, which is a major concern for potential mold hazards. Despite this, the location seems to have a lot to offer.
