The business offers dolphin watching, sightseeing, and shell hunting tours. The pick-up location is 1465 Gulf Dr S Street in Bradenton Beach City. The phone number is +18128017034 and the website is https://baysideboatexcursionsdolphintours.com/. They claim to be a professional company.Unfortunately, some customers have experienced poor service. One family booked a tour but the company never showed up. They were left waiting and no one answered their calls or responded to their emails. This was a major disappointment for the family and their kids were especially excited to see the dolphins. This issue is a concern as it affects the trust and reliability of the business. On the other hand, some customers have shown enthusiasm and support for the company. They have expressed positive comments about the professionalism of the business and have looked forward to the grand opening.
