I've been to this location and had a good overall experience. The staff seems to know their stuff and the service they provide is quite good. Quality-wise, I would say they're doing a decent job, but there's room for improvement. Pricing, however, is a bit of a mystery, and I wish they would provide more transparency on their costs. On the other hand, the innovation they bring to their services is quite impressive. The team is always up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, which is reassuring. One notable issue is the parking situation, which can be a bit tricky to navigate, especially for those who are not familiar with the area. Despite this, the free parking lot is a nice perk. The Orlando Managed IT Services they offer are quite comprehensive, including on-call support, network security, email, and data backup. Their website is easy to navigate, and their phone number is easy to find. The description on their website accurately reflects what they do and what they can offer. Overall, this location has a lot going for it, but there are a few areas that could be improved upon.
