Bayshore Baptist Church is a warm and welcoming community that truly lives out what it means to be the hands and feet of Jesus. The church has a strong sense of community, with many ways to get involved and serve. The staff are friendly and compassionate, and the congregation is diverse and accepting. The church has a traditional service style with a choir, organ, and piano, and there are also many opportunities for children and youth to participate and learn. However, the church has been criticized for not being attentive to the needs of those outside of the congregation, including a person who contacted the pastor with a crisis and never received a return call. The church has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom, making it easily accessible for those with mobility issues. The church also supports several community organizations, including Meals on Wheels, which was started in the church's kitchen.Overall, Bayshore Baptist Church is a great option for those looking for a spiritual home where they can grow, serve, and belong. However, the church could work on being more attentive to the needs of those outside of the congregation.
