This location is a great option for those looking for high-quality landscape design and construction services. With a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, visitors can easily get to the front door. The working hours are standard, making it convenient for clients to schedule appointments. The staff is known for their professionalism and expertise, especially Doyle, who has received praise for his artistic skills and ability to bring clients' visions to life. Many customers have been satisfied with the quality of work, mentioning the use of high-quality materials and attention to detail. However, there have been some instances where clients felt that communication was lacking, and they experienced difficulties in getting in touch with the staff after the project was completed. The issue is that the company has a tendency to lose contact with clients after the job is finished, making it hard to address any concerns or issues that may arise.Overall, Bayscapes is a solid choice for those seeking a reliable and skilled team for their landscaping needs. While there is room for improvement in terms of follow-up communication, the benefits of working with this company far outweigh the drawbacks.
