While the overall experience at Bayfair Custom Homes seems to be positive for many customers, there are some issues with quality control and professionalism. Some customers have experienced problems with subcontractors, including trash being left behind and damage to neighboring properties. However, Bayfair's customer service team has responded promptly to these concerns, offering apologies and solutions. On the other hand, some customers have reported a smooth and professional experience with Bayfair, praising their attention to detail and commitment to quality. The company's website and physical address suggest a professional and modern business, with amenities such as on-site parking and a gender-neutral restroom. However, the working hours are limited, with no clear indication of availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Overall, while there are some inconsistencies in customer experiences, Bayfair seems to prioritize quality and customer satisfaction, but may need to improve its subcontractor management and customer service.
