I had an excellent experience at BayCare Outpatient Imaging (Winter Haven) with the staff's professionalism and helpfulness. They were attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The facility was clean and organized, and the wait time was minimal. The staff explained everything clearly, and I felt informed about what to expect during the procedures. The only area for improvement is the check-out process, which seemed to be a bit challenging and time-consuming. The staff seemed to be working hard to resolve the issue, but it took a bit longer than expected.
