This business location is wheelchair accessible and has excellent customer service, as shown by numerous positive reviews from clients who have received professional and friendly assistance. The staff is knowledgeable and able to accommodate urgent orders, such as one client who had to place an order for their research lab. Unfortunately, there have been instances where customers have been met with rudeness, which is unfortunate considering the business's otherwise stellar reputation. One such instance occurred when a customer called in for an estimate and was treated condescendingly by a representative. Despite this issue, the company has built a reputation for producing high-quality custom labels and private label printing, with many clients praising their excellent service, fair prices, and fast response times. The business appears to be reliable and efficient, with a consistent track record of delivering products on time. Overall, this business location is a solid choice for those in need of custom label printing or private label services, but customers may want to be prepared for the possibility of encountering a rude representative.
