The location is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot available for customers. The working hours are mostly consistent, with the office open on weekdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, but with a shorter hour on Wednesdays. The only drawback is the lack of availability on Thursdays and Sundays.Reviews from customers have been mostly positive, with many praising the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff, particularly Sam and the team. Many customers have appreciated the prompt and reliable maintenance services, as well as the attentiveness to their needs. However, there have been a few negative comments from customers who have had a poor experience with the company. Some have reported difficulties in getting a response or resolving issues, with one customer going so far as to describe their experience as "the worst" they've had in 30 years. Another customer reported being left without after-hours emergency support.Despite these negative comments, the overall impression is that the company has a strong team and provides good services, but may need to improve its communication and responsiveness in some cases.
