The customer service is not satisfactory, and the staff appears to be uncooperative. The hospital bed replacement issue was not resolved after two visits by the company's representatives. The client had to resubmit the prescription three times, but the issue was still not resolved due to a claimed error. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) does not back this company. The customer service is considered unprofessional and unhelpful.
