This location, Bay Clean, appears to be a reliable home cleaning service with a good reputation in St. Petersburg City. The staff, including Steve, Amanda, and Kyawanna, are accommodating and work diligently to ensure the customer's satisfaction. The cleaning team is thorough, but sometimes might miss a spot or two, which is promptly addressed upon the customer's feedback. The quality of work is generally high, with sparkling results. The prices at Bay Clean are very competitive, making it a great value for the service provided. One area for improvement is that the cleaning team could be more innovative in their approach, perhaps developing more customized cleaning plans for their clients.A client's home was left sparkling after the service, and the team was very apologetic and responsive to feedback. The cleaning staff is polite and attentive to their work, making the customers feel at ease. The owner, Steve, is understanding and accommodating, making it easy to reschedule appointments as needed.Overall, Bay Clean is a solid choice for those looking for reliable and thorough home cleaning services in the area. The team's attention to detail and willingness to make things right is commendable.Bay Clean's services are definitely worth considering for those in need of a good cleaning.
