I was impressed with the cleanliness of the location, it was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, they greeted me with a smile and were happy to answer any questions I had. The waiting area was comfortable and had a nice atmosphere, it felt more like a living room than a waiting room. The office staff was efficient and friendly, they helped me with all the necessary paperwork and made sure I was taken care of. Dr. Braun was very professional and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on. He was kind and considerate, and had a great bedside manner. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Bay Area Orthopedic Specialists.However, I did have one issue - I had to wait a bit longer than expected to see the doctor. But overall, the wait was not too long and the staff was friendly and apologetic. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a good orthopedic specialist.
