The staff at this medical facility is professional and friendly. They make an effort to explain procedures and test results to patients, which helps alleviate anxiety. The facility has modern equipment and offers a range of services, including stress tests, EKGs, and echocardiograms. Some patients mentioned that they experienced long wait times, but this seems to be an isolated issue. The majority of visitors reported positive interactions with the staff, including doctors and nurses. It's worth noting that some patients were unhappy with the lack of communication about severe pain after a chemical stress test. They suggested that the facility provide more information about available help in such situations. In general, the Bay Area Heart Center seems to be a reliable and trustworthy facility for cardiac care. However, minor issues with communication and wait times may be worth addressing to improve the overall patient experience.
