This business is a title company located on Central Ave C Street in St. Petersburg City. They offer a range of services, including title insurance, and have a strong commitment to protecting clients' investments. The business is wheelchair accessible, both in terms of parking and entrance. Their working hours are consistent, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule. From the feedback of clients, it is clear that the team at Baxter Title is professional, responsive, and provides excellent service. They are praised for their ability to handle complex transactions and their commitment to getting deals done efficiently. Clients have commented on the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, particularly Kathy, Lindsey, John, and Jacquie. The business is also appreciated for its ability to close transactions on time without any issues. One of the main issues that stands out is the fact that Baxter Title can sometimes take a bit longer to complete transactions, but this is not necessarily a major problem as they always get the job done. It is also worth noting that they are a local business, and while this can be an advantage in terms of personal service, it may also mean that they are not as well-known or accessible as some larger national companies.Overall, Baxter Title appears to be a reliable and trustworthy business that provides high-quality services to its clients. While they may not be the fastest option, they are certainly a good choice for anyone looking for a professional and responsive title company.
