I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the BathMasters team. From the initial consultation with Grant to the project manager, Ernesto, every person I interacted with was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. The showroom is a wonderful benefit, allowing customers to pick out their tile, granite, cabinets, and fixtures under one roof. The teams were always on time, and the quality of work is exceptional. I appreciated the daily updates and the communication from the project manager, which kept me informed throughout the project. The finished product is stunning, and I'm thrilled with the results. Although there was a minor issue with the custom-made medicine cabinet, the team addressed it promptly and professionally. I highly recommend BathMasters for any bathroom remodeling needs.
