This business is located in Nokomis City and offers a variety of services related to bathroom renovation and repair. They specialize in refinishing and resurfacing tubs, tile, porcelain, and fiberglass, and also install walk-thru inserts and nonslick mats. The company is family-owned and operated, which adds to its personal touch. The overall quality of the services provided by this business is good, but not excellent. Some clients have reported that the prep work done before refinishing or resurfacing was poor, which resulted in additional issues such as paint being spread onto bathroom fixtures. On the other hand, many clients have praised the company for its professional and courteous staff, and for the excellent job they do in resurfacing tubs and tile. The pricing of the services seems to be reasonable, considering the quality of the work provided. However, it's worth noting that some clients have reported difficulties in getting the company to respond and honor their warranty. In terms of innovativeness, the company's use of advanced techniques and materials to restore old and damaged tubs and tile is commendable. However, some clients have reported that the company's willingness to repair and fix problems can be inconsistent. One major issue that stands out is the company's responsiveness and reliability in honoring their warranty and addressing clients' concerns. While some clients have reported excellent experiences, others have had significant problems with getting the company to respond and fix issues. This is a concern that potential clients should be aware of when considering this business for their bathroom renovation or repair needs.
