I visited this pain management physician location and was generally satisfied with the experience. The wheelchair accessibility features, including the parking lot, entrance, and restroom, made it easy for me to navigate. The appointment scheduling system was straightforward, and I appreciated the recommendations to book ahead of time. However, there was a significant wait time, which was not well managed. The staff seemed to be unaware of the exact wait time, which made it difficult to plan. This was a bit frustrating and could be improved. The location accepts various payment methods, including debit and credit cards, which was convenient. The working hours are standard, with no services provided on weekends. One issue that could be improved is the management of wait times, as the uncertainty and long wait time detracted from the overall experience. The medical services offered by this location are quite extensive, including pain management and sports medicine. The location is associated with a reputable medical professional, Dr. Batas V I MD.
