This business location has a solid reputation, with a rating of 4.4 based on multiple reviews. The staff is consistently praised for being friendly, accommodating, and professional, especially Bonnie who is a standout employee. The storage units are well-maintained and secure, with 24/7 access available. Pricing is also a major strength, with customers noting that the prices are fair and competitive. The location is convenient, with easy access to the units and a pleasant atmosphere. However, one customer experienced issues with maintenance, with water damage caused by a leaking air conditioning unit, which was not promptly addressed by management. Overall, this business location is a good choice for those in need of secure and affordable storage.
