This is a top-rated pet grooming business with excellent overall quality. The staff is highly skilled and knowledgeable, as evidenced by the numerous 5-star reviews. The prices are very reasonable, making it an affordable option for pet owners. While the business may not be the most innovative in terms of technology or services, it makes up for it with its friendly and personalized approach. The business is wheelchair accessible and offers a range of services, including dog full service grooming, nail trimming, and bathing and blow drying. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, with many reviewers commenting on their kindness and patience with nervous or anxious pets. The owner, Josie, is particularly praised for her expertise and care for each pet. The business is also very flexible, offering appointments and walk-ins for nail service. However, there is one issue to note: the business can be a bit inflexible with its scheduling, with some reviewers complaining about having to arrive exactly on time. Additionally, there is one negative review from a customer who was not happy with the quality of their pet's haircut.Overall, Barkingham Palace Pet Spa is an excellent choice for pet owners looking for a reliable, affordable, and personalized grooming experience. While it may not be perfect, it is clear that the staff is dedicated to providing top-notch care for each pet.
