Bark Life on Central Ave is a well-established pet supply store with a good reputation. While it may not stand out in terms of its overall quality or pricing, it is evident that the store prioritizes the quality of its products and services. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, with many reviewers praising their helpfulness and dedication to their customers. This is reflected in the high ratings for the store's quality and innovation. One of the store's strengths is its wide selection of healthy food options for pets, with reviewers praising the store's willingness to order in products that are not available in-store. The store also offers a variety of grooming services, including nail trimming and bathing, with many reviewers praising the quality of the work done by the groomers. However, there have been some issues with customer service, with one reviewer expressing frustration with the store's policy of requiring prepayment for appointments. Another reviewer had a negative experience with the store's new groomer, who accidentally shaved their dog's tail and ears without their knowledge or consent.Despite these issues, the store appears to be committed to providing good customer service and has made efforts to address customer concerns. The store's policy of returning money for services not provided is a good example of this.Overall, Bark Life on Central Ave is a reliable and trustworthy pet supply store that offers a wide range of products and services. While it may not be perfect, the store's commitment to quality and customer service is evident in its high ratings and positive reviews.
