This gift shop is a great place to find a variety of Disney-themed items and souvenirs at reasonable prices. The store is well-organized and has a large selection of products, including clothing, accessories, and home decor items. The staff is friendly and helpful, with many reviewers praising the excellent customer service they received. The prices are competitive with other gift shops in the area, and the quality of the products is generally good. However, some reviewers noted that the prices can be a bit high for some items. The store is also very accessible, with wheelchair-friendly parking and entrance. One issue that was reported by a few reviewers was a negative encounter with a manager who was rude and unhelpful. However, this seems to be an isolated incident, and the majority of reviewers had a positive experience at the store. Overall, this gift shop is a great place to visit for anyone looking for Disney-themed gifts and souvenirs in the Kissimmee area.
