The business is located in a wheelchair-accessible building with a convenient location on Riga Boulevard in Tampa City. The team members have a combined experience of over a decade, having served as licensed sales agents, worked in call centers, provided support, and delved deep into the world of insurance technology. However, the customer experience is marred by a significant issue: excessive and unwanted phone calls. Many customers have reported being harassed with calls despite requesting to be removed from the call list. The company's policies and procedures seem to be ineffective in addressing these concerns. The business is in dire need of improving its customer service and respecting customers' boundaries. A visit to the office during working hours, which is from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, may reveal a more professional environment. Unfortunately, the business's reputation is heavily damaged by its disregard for customers' needs. A visit to the website may provide some insight into the services offered, but the overall experience may not be what customers expect. Despite having a strong online presence and decent working hours, the business falls short in providing a positive experience for its customers.
