The location is easily accessible due to its wheelchair-friendly parking lot and entrance. However, it receives mostly negative reviews regarding its customer service and waiting times. The staff seems to be insufficient, resulting in a slow pace of service. There is a mix of positive and negative feedback about the bank's operations. Some reviewers mention that the bank closes early, which is inconvenient for them. Others mention that the drive-thru is no longer available, and the ATM is often out of order. However, some customers praise the helpfulness of specific employees, such as Ruby and Carline. Despite the bank's efforts to implement changes, the overall experience is often marred by long wait times, inadequate staff, and poor customer service.
