I've visited Banfield Pet Hospital located in Lakeland, and my overall experience was average. The quality of care for my pet was good, but not exceptional. The pricing was one of the strengths, as it was very reasonable. However, I found the innovativeness of the services to be somewhat limited. The staff was generally friendly, but I did have some issues with communication and follow-up. One of the main concerns I had was with the front desk staff, who seemed to be more focused on sales and promotions than on providing a positive experience for clients. This made me feel like I was just a number, rather than a valued customer. Additionally, I had some issues with the vet I saw, who seemed to be more focused on pushing their own agenda rather than listening to my concerns and providing a tailored plan for my pet's care. Despite these issues, I do appreciate the convenience of having a Banfield location in my area, and I've seen many other clients have positive experiences there. However, I wouldn't say that I would recommend this location to others without some reservations.
