The complex itself seems to be well-maintained, with a swimming pool and wheelchair accessible entrance. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, which is a great asset for a community.However, there is one thing that doesn't quite sit right - the association management seems a bit too nosy, which can be intrusive. Additionally, it's worth noting that this community is geared towards people 55 and older, and pets are not allowed. Overall, the prices for the units seem to be quite reasonable, making it an attractive option for those looking for a place to live in this lovely area.
