The location has received generally positive reviews from customers. The staff is described as knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The business is known for its HVAC and refrigeration equipment and supplies, with some customers appreciating the competitive pricing. However, there are a few issues that have been highlighted. Some customers have reported long wait times on the phone and inside the store, while others have experienced rude behavior from staff members. Additionally, there have been complaints about the business being unorganized and unprofessional. Overall, the business seems to have a strong commitment to customer service and quality, but there is room for improvement in terms of addressing customer complaints and maintaining consistency.
