Bahama Bay is a great choice for those looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting. The resort is located 12 miles from Disney, making it an ideal spot for families and couples alike. The villas are spacious and well-appointed, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The resort offers a range of amenities, including swimming pools, spas, lake front beach, and a restaurant. One of the standout features of Bahama Bay is its commitment to customer service. The staff are friendly and professional, going the extra mile to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The resort is also well-maintained, with beautifully landscaped gardens and a tranquil atmosphere. However, there is one area for improvement - the resort's ability to manage its staff's interactions with guests. In one instance, a guest reported being told that they could not purchase ice cream from a machine that was still lit up, despite standing in line for 20 minutes. This kind of inconsistency can be frustrating for guests, and highlights the need for better communication and customer service.Overall, Bahama Bay is a great choice for those looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting. While there are some areas for improvement, the resort's commitment to customer service and its range of amenities make it a great value for the price.
