The location is easily accessible with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. Visitors can view photos of Tampa commercial real estate listings and St. Petersburg commercial space without needing to sign up or log in. The property is described as beautiful and well-maintained, with a nice Caribbean vibe. However, parking can be difficult, and management has been reported to have poor service.A major concern is the behavior of the security staff, with one incident involving a security guard being rude and unprofessional to a visitor. The property's policies have also been criticized as being poor, leading one reviewer to warn others to avoid the place altogether. On the other hand, some reviewers have reported a lovely activity lounge and community room, and the property's beauty and maintenance have been consistently praised. The pricing of the location is unknown. Innovativeness of the location also remains unknown. One issue that stands out is the poor behavior of the security staff, which can be a major turn-off for potential visitors and residents.
