The location is conveniently situated in the heart of Tampa City, making it easily accessible for visitors and residents alike. The building's exterior is well-maintained, with a parking lot that offers wheelchair-accessible spaces. Entering the building is also effortless, thanks to the wheelchair-accessible entrance. The real estate company, Babas & Aragon Estate Inc, has a presence here, suggesting a professional and reliable service. The interior of the building seems to be modern and clean, but there's a slight issue with the overall design - the common areas could use some improvement. However, the staff appears to be friendly and welcoming, making up for this shortcoming. The prices for apartment rentals seem to be reasonable, considering the location and amenities. The assisted living facility within the building seems to be well-organized, with a range of amenities and services available to residents. However, it's worth noting that the lack of innovation in the facility's design and services is somewhat disappointing. Despite this, the location remains a solid choice for those seeking a reliable and comfortable living or working space.
