Axio at Carillon Apartments is a mixed bag, with some notable strengths and weaknesses. While the pricing is reasonable, with many reviewers praising the affordability, the quality of the apartments and amenities is somewhat lacking. The buildings are clean and well-maintained, but some reviewers have mentioned issues with mold, mildew, and pests. The staff is generally friendly and responsive, but some have reported difficulties with communication and resolving issues. The apartments themselves are comfortable and spacious, with a range of amenities including a pool, hot tub, and fitness center. However, some reviewers have mentioned that the pool and hot tub are often dirty and neglected, and that the fitness center equipment is outdated. One of the biggest issues with Axio at Carillon is the inconsistent management. Some reviewers have reported difficulties with getting responses to maintenance requests, and that some issues are not being addressed in a timely manner. This has led to frustration and a sense of disorganization among some residents.Despite these issues, Axio at Carillon is a solid choice for those looking for a affordable and comfortable place to live. With some improvements to the quality of the apartments and amenities, and better communication from management, this could be a top-rated apartment complex. One major issue that needs to be addressed is the pet policy and enforcement. Several reviewers have mentioned that pet owners are not held accountable for cleaning up after their pets, leading to a buildup of waste and unsanitary conditions. This is not only a health concern, but also a nuisance for other residents.Overall, Axio at Carillon Apartments is a decent choice for those looking for a affordable and comfortable place to live, but it falls short in terms of quality and management. With some improvements, it could be a top-rated apartment complex.
