Awardsis property management is a reliable company with a wide range of properties. The team is very responsive and handles any issues quickly. They offer beautiful rentals and have a great 24-hour guest service. It's a good idea to stay with them as a guest, especially if you're looking for a cozy little trip with lots to do nearby and a beautiful view. The director of guest experience is always available to help and goes out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable and well-settled. However, one problem is double booking of properties which happened in the past and caused some inconvenience for guests. The management of properties needs to be improved to avoid such mistakes. The communication with guests is generally great, but some guests felt that the company could be more humble and show more empathy when dealing with issues. The company's customer service is top-notch and highly recommended. The staff is very professional and kind. Despite some minor issues, Awaysis is a solid choice for property management, and their properties are well-depicted and accurately maintained.
